While the attention of the baseball fans are on MLB Draft 2009 results and the talk of baseball is hot, we thought we would bring this baseball video game to our readers. The gameis called Sony MLB 09 The Show For Playstation .

Sony MLB 09 now includes interactive baseball training, new settings, a new steal/ lead-off system, presentations and coach interactions. The game descripton reads that the training consists of a set of mini-games designed to improve a player’s ability and performance in various areas of baseball. So, now you can come up with your own MLB Draft 2009 and amaze your fans with your own results.

Honestly though, I have read some tweets that the MBL game is challenging. It’s apprently really hard to get a hit. However, on Amazon’s product page Jun Yi comments never having so much fun playing a video baseball game, while referring to Sony MLB 09. He says “never had so much fun playing a video baseball game. The players are very realistic and the movement flows very well.” He also goes on and say that from his perspective the game is very simple as even children can learn to play it. Keep in mind that this was the only comment I saw there. There were no other comments.

I am wondering if Playstation may consider having several levels of challenges from starters to more advanced players, who don’t need the training.
